How's Your Ride?
Time for a Tune-Up?
With the Wheel of Life exercise, you assess different aspects of your life and how satisfied you are with each on a scale of 1 to 10. Then, you connect the lines to reveal the shape of your wheel . This shape will give you a snapshot of where your life is today and how balanced it is. From here, you take a closer look at each aspect Would the wheel make for a smooth ride? A bumpy ride? How does that sit with you?
You can use the Wheel of Life as a guide to give your life a check-up, and then, maybe a tune-up to re-balance and/or re-focus the aspects of your life that are important to you and identify the work that needs to be done in order for your to be fulfilled.
This tool will work well for those who may not know where to start with coaching, as this tool will help identify potential areas of focus. This tool may be of a limited value to those who come to coaching with a clearly identified goal, and that's all they want to focus on.
