How are you?

Man oh man. How do you even respond to the question “how are you” these days? With the reality of the current events we are all experiencing, such as COVID-19, the George Floyd protests, and looting incidents, how do you/should you respond? How should you feel? What should you do? The frame in how you are interpreting these events can also be a cage that is limiting your interpretation and response.

If you’re feeling like me and at a loss of how to answer these questions, talk to other people or do additional research on these topics to break out of the cage to expand your mental capacity of making sense of and responding to what’s going on in the world.
